1. Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging (including tags and labels).
- Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be free of any damage, stains, or signs of wear.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items and clearance products.
- Items purchased with special promotions or discounts (unless defective).
- Customized or personalized sneakers.
3. How to Request a Refund or Exchange
- Contact Us – Reach out to our customer service team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Approval & Shipping – Once approved, ship the item back to our return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Processing – Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the item. Exchanges will be shipped within 3-5 business days after approval.
4. Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit upon request.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return and replacement.
